Business Strategy and Consultative Services
If you are thinking of starting a new business or venture, then discussing your options with a professional consultant could be beneficial. The business consultation is made up of 3 steps:
Step 1: The Discovery Call
Step 2: The Strategy Session
Step 3: Accountability
Step 1: The Discovery Call
This 30-minute call helps me learn more about you and your business or business idea. When you set your appointment, you’ll complete an intake form, which we will use as the basis for our conversation. We will discuss your goals, current status/situation, expectations, and more. If we decide to move forward together, we will move onto the next step, the Strategy Session.
Step 2: The Strategy Session
After the discovery call, I will take the information I learn during our discovery call, your intake form, and the research I conduct, to deliver your customized strategy for your business. During your strategy session, we will set aside between 60-90 minutes to discuss the strategies we come up with for your business. You will walk away with a customized action that details what steps you need to take to meet your goals. We will also have time dedicated to answer any questions you may have. After this session, we move on to step 3 – Accountability.
Step 3: Accountability
Following the strategy session, we will meet every two weeks to discuss your progress, answer any questions you may have, and even update or revise the strategy to make sure we are still on the right track. These accountability sessions allow for us to make changes in real time, should your goals or objectives shift after you receive the initial strategy. Your business strategy includes four (4) 30-minute accountability calls.
